Conduct system testing and confirm requirements with HR Systems to ensure system content, flow, and language meet the process requirements. Prepare data for remuneration review and bonus allocation, including eligibility criteria, budget pools, and manager population. Produce reporting and insights on review completion, ratings distribution, remuneration planning distribution, bonus allocation, and budget usage. Manage insurance benefits alongside market HR teams, specifically in HK and India. Continuously review and update existing processes for operational efficiency. Data Analytics & Reporting Support analysis related to cleaning and aligning internal Job Architecture for all employees. Provide analysis to support transparent Job Architecture delivery. Extract data reports applying custom parameters for MUFG PMS, including comparison group, pay components, and region-specific data. Prepare survey submissions for position matching, salary, bonus, equity, and HR practices. Develop salary ranges and upload them to HRIS, linked to job codes. Periodically revise survey matching data to identify inconsistencies, data anomalies, and opportunities for simplification. Develop and implement solutions for identified issues, consulting with HRBPs, correcting data, refining processes, or other channels as required. Prepare and submit annual census data files for Salary Continuance and other benefits. Complete Gender Pay Gap analyses globally. Support the Director with compiling analysis for the Remuneration (Board) committee papers. Experience & Personal Attributes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field (desirable). Experience: 5+ years in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics. Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking tools. Experience with performance management processes and frameworks. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyze complex information. Demonstrated capability to embrace new technology and ways of working.
