IT Business Sr Analyst - Assistant Vice President

As an IT Business Senior Analyst at Citigroup, your role involves liaising between business users and technologists to facilitate the exchange of information. You will play a crucial part in defining systems scope and objectives for complex projects, consulting with users to solve system issues, and supporting system change processes. Your responsibilities will also include identifying risks, providing user support, and acting as a mentor to junior analysts. You are expected to operate independently with a level of autonomy and serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
