Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product management) to create and implement effective marketing strategies. Analyze customer feedback, industry trends and competitive landscape to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Manage product launches, ensuring marketing efforts align with technical specifications and customer needs. Develop and deliver technical content for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations and digital content. Support the sales team by generating leads and ensuring a smooth transition of technical information for customers. Organize and represent the company at trade shows, conferences and other events. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI. Provide support in developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 3 to 9 years in a marketing engineering or technical marketing role, preferably in a technology or product-driven industry. Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Marketing or a related field. Skills: Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media management and analytics. Strong communication, project management and leadership abilities. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
