Key Responsibilities

Project Bidding & Lead Generation

  • Strategically bid for projects on international platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, partnerships, and IT business alliances.
  • Identify, qualify, and target clients looking for .NET, React/Angular, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.

Client Engagement & Conversion

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, estimations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead client discussions to gather requirements, address challenges, and align with technical solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery models for win–win outcomes.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.

Collaboration with Technical Team

  • Work closely with Sr. Developers, Architects, and Project Managers to draft detailed technical proposals.
  • Ensure smooth handover of project requirements to delivery teams.
  • Continuously monitor team capacity and technical capabilities to pitch the right opportunities.

Market & Business Strategy

  • Identify and expand business opportunities in international markets (USA, UK, Europe).
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline with a mix of short-term and long-term projects.
  • Define and execute strategies to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and growth recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–11 years of proven experience in IT business development, sales, or project bidding.
  • Strong expertise in selling software development services (ASP.NET, React, Angular, ERP, Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with bidding portals and lead generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire business development cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to explore new markets and build long-term business alliances.
