Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Business Analyst based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Responsibilities include assessing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with development teams to deliver effective IT solutions. Additionally, the role involves creating detailed reports, mapping workflows, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and the ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Processes and their optimization
• Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions
• Familiarity with Information Technology concepts and their application in business contexts
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an IT or consulting role is a plus

Pay: ₹18,916.96 - ₹50,022.57 per month
