IT Automation - zoho

As a Senior Manager IT Infrastructure & Automation at our company, your role will involve leading the digital transformation through effective management of IT infrastructure, automation of processes, and enhancing CRM efficiency with a primary focus on Zoho CRM workflow integration and automation. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing IT strategy, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks - Managing and customizing Zoho CRM to ensure seamless integration - Overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system upgrades - Automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency - Representing IT in leadership meetings and cross-functional forums - Leading and mentoring the IT team - Supervising website/app updates and coordinating with vendors To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or a related field - Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles - Hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM - Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills - Preferred certifications: Zoho CRM Certification, ITIL, PMP This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
