Job Description

Role Overview: As a Laptop Asset and Software Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the shipping, receiving, imaging, and repairs of IT equipment with vendors across different locations including the US, UK, Germany, Mexico, and Uruguay. You will also track new hire forecasts, monitor stock levels of devices, and provide recommendations for purchases or disposals as required. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate inventory records and providing chargeback details to the Finance department for all purchased items to ensure Hackett's inventory is up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate shipping, receiving, imaging, and repairs of IT equipment with vendors in various locations - Track new hire forecasts and monitor stock levels of devices - Provide recommendations for purchases or disposals as needed - Maintain accurate inventory records and provide chargeback details to the Finance department - Obtain approvals, provision software licenses, and maintain a record of all software usage - Collaborate with the Finance team to provide chargeback details for software purchases - Conduct audits of software license usage during renewals Qualifications Required: - Proficient documentation skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Independent problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with ticketing systems would be advantageous Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient asset and software management processes while ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.,
