IT Administrator

As an IT Administrator at VE3, you will be responsible for orchestrating a secure and efficient digital workplace environment. Your expertise in Intune, troubleshooting acumen, and forward-thinking approach will be crucial in managing end-user client devices and backend infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Administer remote management of end-user client devices and execute device lifecycle management. - Conduct builds tests of client software packages and images and ensure accurate distribution to end-points. - Oversee desktop and presentation virtualization and manage infrastructure for workplace solutions. - Develop, implement, and manage Group Policies for endpoint security, malware protection, and more. - Deliver solutions, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSD and contribute to new-builds, migrations, and upgrades. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft Defender ATP. - Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Azure, and related technologies. - Detailed understanding of workstation OS security and image hardening. - Proficient with device drivers - installation, updating, and troubleshooting. Certifications: - Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. - Relevant certifications in MDM or network security. - AZ-104 Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. General Skills: - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in design and installation of imaging. Desirable: - Experience with iOS device management. - Knowledge in encryption technologies and network security protocols. Education: - UG: B.Sc. in Computer Science, BCA in Computer Applications, B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Engineering or related field.,
