IT Administrator

As a member of the One Technology (1T) department at PwC, your role is crucial in supporting and enhancing the firm's core business functions. You will focus on designing and implementing robust technology systems, developing internal applications, and providing advanced technology tools to give PwC a competitive edge. Your overall responsibility will be to drive operational excellence and business growth by leveraging technology to optimize processes and support the firm's objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support and assistance to seniors on projects, including tracking project progress and reporting internally. - Offer Level 1 and Level 2 support with a high level of customer service through various channels. - Assist in day-to-day IT support while reporting to seniors. - Utilize a wide range of emerging technology tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge in configuring operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Unix). - Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi). - Knowledge of cloud services, deployment, and management. - Ability to work on IT projects with seniors. - Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and conflict resolution. - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. - Proactively keep up to date with new and emerging technologies. - Attention to detail, presentation, deliverables quality, and adherence to deadlines. - Professional Certifications such as CompTIA Network +, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure, Cisco (CCNA) will be an added advantage. - Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Power Apps) and ability to prepare dashboards. - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Recent HSC school leaver or an individual with a strong interest in the IT industry.,
