Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to assist in managing and supporting our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, resolving technical issues, and providing day-to-day support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to senior IT staff.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity, applications, and system errors.
• Support the setup of new workstations and peripherals.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior team members or vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows / macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addresses).
• Understanding of antivirus, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
