Role Description This is a full-time role for an IT Administrator with 2 to 5 years of experience based in Chennai. The IT Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, administering network and system resources, addressing user requests, and troubleshooting issues. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of network and systems, identifying and resolving technical problems, implementing security solutions and supporting the technological needs of the organization. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Network Administration and System Administration skills Strong knowledge in Information Technology Good IT Security knowledge with experience in configuring and managing Firewall, AD, Patch Management and AWS Cloud administration.
