We are looking for an IT Administrator who can manage and enhance our technology ecosystem at our growing Surat office. Key Skills Required : Proficiency in Cloud Services (Google Cloud) Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Administration Admin-level skills in Zoho Suite and Zoom Strong knowledge of networking , IT security , and data backups Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows Troubleshooting hardware/software issues with proactive problem-solving Experience managing SaaS platforms and remote tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus Job Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day IT operations at the Surat office Administer and support Google Workspace , Zoho tools , Zoom , and other internal software Monitor and manage cloud services, ensuring uptime and data security Maintain systems and troubleshoot technical issues for both on-site and remote users Implement automation tools and explore AI-based solutions to improve workflows Provide IT support during onboarding/offboarding of employees Ensure data backups, antivirus protection, and compliance with company IT policies Coordinate with U.S. headquarters and vendors for procurement and tech upgrades Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / IT / Computer Applications Minimum 2–4 years of IT administration experience Certifications in cloud platforms or security (preferred)
