IT Admin / IT Support

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the company's computer infrastructure and overseeing the IT department. Your duties will include upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining networks and servers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain networks and servers. - Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives. - Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. - Create user accounts and manage access control. - Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. - Document processes, back up, and archive data. - Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures. - Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems. - Supervise and mentor IT department employees and provide IT support. - Stay updated with advancements and best practices in IT administration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar field. - Applicable professional qualification like Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification. - At least 1+ years" experience in a similar IT Administrator role. - Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. - Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Company Additional Details: The company offers health insurance benefits for this full-time position. The work schedule is on day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning.
