IT Admin / IT Support

As an IT administrator at our company, you will be responsible for managing our computer infrastructure and overseeing the IT department. Your role will involve upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of networks and servers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain networks and servers. - Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to align with company objectives. - Implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate potential threats. - Create user accounts and manage access control. - Conduct diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to enhance computer systems" performance. - Document processes, back up data, and develop data retrieval and recovery procedures. - Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems. - Supervise and mentor IT department employees, providing necessary support. - Stay updated with advancements and best practices in IT administration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field. - Relevant professional certification such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco. - Minimum 1+ years" experience in a similar IT administrator role. - Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies. - Strong understanding of best practices in IT administration and system security. - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management abilities. - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
