We are hiring an IT & Network Administrator who will be responsible for managing and securing our office IT infrastructure, including firewall, endpoints, network, CCTV systems, and biometric machines.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, Access Points and VPN.
• Manage LAN, WAN, IP configurations, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and operating systems.
• Ensure endpoint protection, antivirus, and regular patch updates.
• Provide technical support for employees’ hardware and software issues.
• Manage CCTV systems (installation, monitoring, storage, troubleshooting).
• Administer biometric attendance & access control systems.
• Maintain IT asset records, data backups, and documentation.

• Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Networking or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support / network administration.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls (Specifically Sophos), Networking Protocols, and System Security.
• Experience with CCTV and biometric machine configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
