• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, or other applicable frameworks.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential security risks.
• Maintain risk registers and support remediation plans.
• Manage vendor security assessments.
• Monitor security events, analyze incidents, and coordinate response activities.
• Manage tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and vulnerability scanners.
• Lead investigations of security breaches and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct regular security awareness training for employees.
• Promote a strong security culture across the organization.
• Review and approve IT and business projects from a security standpoint.
• Provide input on secure architecture, data protection, and cloud security.
o CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
o CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
o CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
o ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
o Knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint protection.
o Hands-on with SIEM, vulnerability management, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
o Familiarity with threat intelligence, malware analysis, and incident response.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to work under pressure during incidents.
