Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and certified Lead Auditors to

spearhead the design, documentation, and implementation of ISO

9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001 (Information

Security Management System). The ideal candidate will bring

strategic insight, hands-on audit expertise, and a systems-oriented

mindset to help us build robust, compliant, and effective

frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end setup of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001

systems, including gap analysis, documentation, and internal

audits.

2. Develop and customise SOPs, process maps, turtle diagrams,

risk registers, and control matrices aligned with the

organizational needs.

3. Conduct awareness sessions and staff training on ISO

requirements and audit readiness.

4. Liaise with external certification bodies, Consultants, and

ensure timely compliance with audit protocols.

5. Establish KPIs and dashboards for ongoing system

monitoring and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and

IMS

2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in QMS/ISMS

implementation and auditing.

3. Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance

frameworks.

4. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder

engagement skills.

5. Experience with risk-based thinking, PDCA cycle, and

continual improvement models.

Preferred Attributes

1. Familiarity with GDPR, SOC 2, or other complementary

standards.

2. Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams3. Effective internal stakeholder engagement

4. Systems thinker with dashboarding or KPI modelling

experience.

Engagement Details

Duration: 6 months - 3 months: system setup, 1 month:

Certification, 2 months: System stabilisation

Mode: On-site Bengaluru

Compensation: Fixed & Milestone-based as per prevailing

industry practices

Reporting to: Program Manager
