iScala Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implementiScalasolutions tailored to business processes and user requirements.
• Conduct system analysis and provide technical support foriScalaapplications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective ERP solutions.
• Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users oniScalafunctionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related toiScalaapplications.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience working withiScalaERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial modules withiniScala.
• Proficiencyin programming languages relevant toiScalacustomization (e. g. , SQL, C#, etc. ).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
