IRD Executive

Our Food & Beverage Service Team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Supervise and coordinate all In-Room Dining operations (ordering, tray setup, delivery & pickup).

• Ensure food & beverage items are delivered on time, accurately, and according to brand/service standards.
• Conduct quality checks on orders before dispatch and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain department inventory, including chinaware, glassware, cutlery, and minibars.
• Monitor and support minibars replenishment and billing accuracy (if applicable).
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in IRD service areas and pantries.
• Handle VIP orders with special attention to presentation and personalization
  

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.

• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of F&B service standards.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate multi-departmental tasks.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, or similar).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
