Position Summary:

This is an AI-powered iOS engineering role, ideal for a developer who builds fast, writes smart, and thinks critically about how modern tools can reshape how we ship healthcare tech.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and other modern Apple frameworks.
Work within AI-native development environments like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or Replit AI to accelerate code generation, bug fixing, and testing.
Use AI tooling to continuously audit, optimize, and clean up code, ensuring the highest performance and compliance standards (critical in healthcare).
Recommend and implement AI-informed improvements in app UX, accessibility, backend integrations, or mobile architecture.
Proactively identify ways to automate manual development and QA tasks using AI or scripting agents.
Integrate with other systems in the myOnsite ecosystem, aligning with LIS, patient portals, and other microservices—with AI-backed validations and tooling.
Contribute in sprint planning by proposing AI-driven strategies to

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in B. Tech., B.E., BCA (or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field)
Proven experience as a software developer with strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
Solid understanding of ASP.NET MVC and Web API frameworks.
Experience with relational databases like MySQL.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for clean code and maintainable architecture.
