  • +1 years of proven HR operations (Payroll), Account Specialist or MSP (Managerial service provider), PMO, Shared services & Contingent Workforce.
  • Experience in Fieldglass or any VMS (Vendor Management System).
  • Client and Vendor Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in person presentation skills
  • Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort.
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties, and/or projects.
  • Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree / master’s in business
