Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices in line with company policies and timelines.
Perform 2-way/3-way matching of invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.
Accurately code invoices to appropriate cost centers and general ledger accounts.
Handle non-PO invoices, employee expense claims, and credit notes.
Collaborate with procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate AP records in ERP system SAP
Reconcile vendor statements and address vendor queries.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience
in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAP
Strong skills in
Power BI
and
Power Automate
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
