Invoice Processing Analyst

Role Overview

The Invoice Processing Associate/Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end invoice processing within the Accounts Payable (AP) function. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication skills, along with the ability to leverage digital tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to enhance process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices in line with company policies and timelines.
Perform 2-way/3-way matching of invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and receipts.Accurately code invoices to appropriate cost centers and general ledger accounts.Handle non-PO invoices, employee expense claims, and credit notes.Collaborate with procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Maintain accurate AP records in ERP system SAPReconcile vendor statements and address vendor queries.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Finance, accounting, commerce, or related field.
Min1 year of experience in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing.Hands-on experience with ERP systems SAPStrong skills in Power BI and Power AutomateProficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
