Role & responsibilities Lead generation for Interior design and build projects: Commercial offices, High-end residential and Hospitality sectors.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and source high-potential leads within Hyderabad real estate market, including builders, architects, contractors, and property developers.Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain relationships with builder teams, developers, and stakeholders through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Pitch Development: Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs, showcasing our interior design expertise.Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine business strategies.Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools to ensure consistent growth.Negotiation & Closure: Finalize contracts and agreements while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to align pitches with project capabilities and creative vision.Identify and generate leads for interior design projects through networking, market research, and strategic outreach.Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, and key stakeholders.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and exhibitions.
