Senior Architect

independentRole & responsibilities:

• Work on architectural design and execution of Indipendent villas,

  apartments, commercial buildings, and plotted layouts

  .
• Prepare

  concept designs, schematic drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  HMDA, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh GO norms

  and building regulations.
• Coordinate with

  structural, MEP, and other consultants

  for smooth project execution.
• Produce

  GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and details

  .
• Support preparation of

  municipal approval drawings

  and documentation.
• Develop

  3D models and walkthroughs

  for client presentations.
• Assist in site coordination and address design/construction-related issues.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure

  timely project delivery

  .
• Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and innovative design practices.
• Interior Design for offices and Retail and F&B
• Design of commercial and residential
• Knowledge of various architectural and interior finish materials.
• Prepare presentation drawings, presentations, working drawings and specifications
• Work on high profile interior design projects
• Coordinate with MEP consultants for coordinated layouts and heights
• Coordinate with Project managers on emails and phone to issue all required drawings to site
• Work on construction drawings and issue them to site
• Go to site and understand the site features take all site critical dimensions.
• Produce 3d and 2d drawings for all interior requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in

  apartments, commercial, and plotting projects

  .
• Knowledge of

  HMDA norms, Telangana & AP building rules, and approval processes

  .
• Ability to prepare

  construction drawings

  (plans, sections, elevations, joinery, plumbing, electrical layouts).
• Proficiency in

  SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop

  , and basic CAD software.
• Good understanding of

  structural and MEP coordination

  .
• Strong design development and detailing skills.
• Ability to prepare

  client presentations and 3D visualizations

• Excellent problem-solving and technical drawing accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants and site teams.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experienced in handling office interiors.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants for coordinated layouts and heights
• Coordinate with Project managers on emails and phone to issue all required drawings to site
• Should be able to work on construction drawings and issue them to site
• Should be able to go to site and understand the site features take all site critical dimensions.
• Should be able to produce 3d and 2d drawings for all interior requirements.
• Should be able to work on Sketchup, AutoCAD, Enscape and any other rendering software.
• Should have a good understanding of all interior construction materials
• Should preferably have an interior designing or B.Arch Degree
