Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills, while guiding junior team members and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, design development, and detailed architectural planning of projects
Prepare, review, and refine architectural drawings, 3D views, and presentation materials
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design documentation across all phases
Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams for integrated project development
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and resolve technical issues
Oversee selection of materials, specifications, and finishes suitable for each project
Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and approval processes
Guide, mentor, and support junior architects, interns, and drafting staff
Provide technical insights, value engineering solutions, and design improvements wherever required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
