We are looking for a civil engineer to handle BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and site coordination for projects in Congo, Africa. The role involves preparing quantity take-offs, coordinating with design and site teams, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and managing contractor billing and documentation. Candidates must have a degree or diploma in civil engineering, 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and project tools, and the ability to adapt to international project environments.
