dynamic Investor Outreach Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Research & Mapping

  • Identify, segment, and build a pipeline of angel investors, VCs, accelerators, and syndicates (India, US, UK, UAE, and global).
  • Maintain an updated investor CRM with outreach status, notes, and next steps.
  • Outreach & Engagement

  • Craft compelling emails, LinkedIn messages, and pitch narratives to engage investors.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between investors and founders.
  • Represent BeSpoke at investor events, pitch sessions, and networking forums.
  • Fundraising Strategy

  • Collaborate with founders to refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising strategy.
  • Support preparation of investor due diligence materials.
  • Track investor feedback and adapt outreach strategy accordingly.
  • Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with investors and ecosystem partners.
  • Act as the bridge between investors and leadership team for regular updates and reporting.


Requirements

  • Experience:

    2–5 years in fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, or startup ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of venture capital, angel investing, term sheets, and startup finance.
  • Proven ability to secure investor meetings and build networks.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in consumer-tech, fashion-tech, or AI-driven startups.
  • MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Marketing (not mandatory if relevant experience).
  • Strong global investor network.
  • Experience working with accelerators (YC, 500 Global, Antler, Techstars, etc.).
