Role Overview:

The role involves creating and delivering impactful sales enablement content, leading partner webinars and offline meets, building partner communities, and supporting internal teams with enablement frameworks and product positioning. This is a highly partner-facing role suited for someone who enjoys market discussions, stage interactions, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Enablement & Partner Support

  • Enable partners on SIP / SWP / STP positioning, portfolio conversations, and objection handling
  • Support Portfolio Scanner and Portfolio Review conversations to drive higher wallet share
  • Assist in building and communicating Reco Fund narratives and Fund Finder positioning

2. Sales Enablement Engagement

  • Create and deliver sales enablement content on topics like:
  • Market volatility and global uncertainty
  • All-time highs and sideways markets
  • Active vs Passive Investment Strategies
  • Common investor objections and counter-narratives

3. Partner Engagement & Community Building

Drive partner-facing initiatives, including:

  • Webinars
  • Offline partner meets
  • Build and manage a New IS Partner Community to:
  • Drive engagement
  • Promote Reco adoption
  • Ensure consistent sales enablement momentum

4. Internal Enablement

  • Conduct internal team training on:
  • Sales Enablement Frameworks
  • Sales Enablement tools & Product positioning

5. Product & Initiative Support

  • Assist in rollout, partner communication, and adoption of new tools and features

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Sales background from AMC / Fintech / Wealth platform
  • Strong extrovert personality with a practical, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with partner-facing conversations and stage interactions
  • High energy, execution-focused, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
