The Regional Fund-raising Team plays a crucial role within the AMC sales team, focused on maximizing institutional, DFI, and family office coverage. Key responsibilities include onboarding corporate treasuries, family offices, and Distributors through effective selling strategies, maintaining communication on market updates, and providing on-ground market intelligence to the head office. The role reports to the Regional Head. Requirements: - MBA/Postgraduate with 3-4 years of institutional sales experience in mutual fund/AIF - Strong connections with HNIs/UHNIs, CFOs, corporate treasuries, and family offices - Profound knowledge of fixed income markets and products - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Emphasis on execution, outcomes, high energy, and ownership - Passion for creating a new category of investment fund at scale - Willingness to travel within Kolkata and nearby areas Location: Kolkata/Delhi Mode: Work from office Work Environment: The work environment at Vivriti Group is characterized by a founder-led entrepreneurial setup known for its speed, agility, and creativity.
