Investment Manager

You will be leading efforts to raise equity capital from venture capitalists, private equity firms, institutional investors, and HNIs. You will prepare compelling investment pitch decks, company profiles, and financial presentations for investor meetings. Your role will involve developing and maintaining robust financial models and company valuations to support investor discussions. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and managing relationships with equity investors. You will support the due diligence process and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal, tax, etc.). Your responsibilities will also include negotiating investment terms and managing the end-to-end execution of the equity funding process. It will be your duty to keep track of capital market trends and equity financing opportunities relevant to the company's sectors. Additionally, you will advise management on equity structuring and shareholder value optimization. Requirements for this position include an MBA in Finance/CA/CFA or relevant qualification. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in equity fundraising is preferred, ideally in investment banking, corporate development, or a startup funding environment. Demonstrated experience in raising equity for mid-sized or high-growth companies is necessary.,
