As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for leading efforts to raise equity capital from various sources such as venture capitalists, private equity firms, institutional investors, and HNIs. Your key tasks will include preparing compelling investment pitch decks, company profiles, and financial presentations for investor meetings. You will be expected to develop and maintain robust financial models and company valuations to facilitate investor discussions. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in Finance, CA, CFA, or any relevant qualification. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in equity fundraising, preferably in areas like investment banking, corporate development, or any funding environment, is required. Demonstrated expertise in raising equity for mid-sized or high-growth companies will be highly beneficial.
