INVESTMENT MANAGER

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for leading efforts to raise equity capital from venture capitalists, private equity firms, institutional investors, and HNIs. This involves preparing compelling investment pitch decks, company profiles, and financial presentations for investor meetings. You will also be required to develop and maintain robust financial models and company valuations to support investor discussions, as well as identify, approach, and manage relationships with equity investors. Your role will also involve supporting the due diligence process and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal, tax, etc.). You will be expected to negotiate investment terms and manage the end-to-end execution of the equity funding process. It will be essential for you to keep track of capital market trends and equity financing opportunities relevant to the company's sectors. Additionally, you will advise management on equity structuring and shareholder value optimization. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Finance / CA / CFA or relevant qualification - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in equity fundraising, preferably in investment banking, corporate development, or any funding environment - Demonstrated experience in raising equity for mid-sized or high-growth companies The company also offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
