Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Lead Analyst - Equity Research - Sell Side

Role Overview: As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you will be part of a specialized team focusing on global market research. Your main responsibilities at Evalueserve will include creating and maintaining MS Excel-based financial models with forecasts, conducting comprehensive company valuations, benchmarking companies, preparing industry and company research presentations, collecting financial data, and generating various reports like company profiles, earning notes, and newsletters. You will also be involved in summarizing investment conference calls. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain MS Excel-based financial models with forecasts - Conduct comprehensive company valuations using various approaches - Benchmark companies using financial and operating statistics - Gather information from industry or sector databases - Prepare presentations on industry and company research - Collect financial data from sources like Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters - Handle ad hoc research requests and generate various reports - Summarize investment conference calls Qualifications Required: - MBA, CA, or CFA qualification - At least 1 year of relevant experience in equity research - Fundamental understanding of microeconomics and macroeconomics - Strong accounting and financial analysis skills - Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and meet deadlines - Creative thinking, effective communication, and teamwork skills - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel - Knowledge of VBA considered advantageous Note: This job description provides an overview of potential tasks and responsibilities and may be subject to periodic adjustments to accommodate changing circumstances.,
