We're building the future of M&A in India, combining institutional-quality advisory with AI-powered automation.

Work directly with Founder + Ops Lead on real deal execution.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deal operations:

  NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints

• Investor/buyer research:

  Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management

• Event coordination:

  Post-event follow-ups and future business development events

• Systems building:

  Templates, SOPs, process documentation

• Content support:

  LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch material

Reality Check: 70% operations, 30% research/coordination. Not finance modeling. Real responsibility from Day 1.

You Are:

• Final year student / recent grad / 1-2 years experience (any background)
• AI-savvy: Already use ChatGPT/Claude for work
• Strong communication + obsessive attention to detail
• Self-starter with ownership mentality
• Available 6 hrs/day, 6 days/week, 6-month commitment
