The Offer


Close a ₹150 Cr solar financing:

  • Advisory fee: ₹3 Cr
  • Your take: ₹1.5 Cr (Year 1)

  • Your take: ₹60L (Year 2+, standard 20%)
  • Plus: 0.5-1.5% equity

Close 3-4 deals in Year 1 = ₹3-5 Cr earnings + equity worth ₹50L-2Cr in 3 years.
