Investment Banking Analyst

Role Overview: You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop strategies for customized financing. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough analysis of financial statements, preparing financial models, and assisting in the preparation of business plans and projections on a regular basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing complex financial outlooks, forecasts, and benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance of business verticals. You will also be involved in industry research, market sizing, competitors benchmarking, and preparing detailed project reports on green field investment projects. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop strategies for customized financing - Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit proposals - Prepare financial models for new/existing businesses - Prepare CMA, Project Reports, Assessments - Proficient in preparing pitchbooks - Preparation of business plan and projection/cash flow on a regular interval - Prepare complex financial outlooks, financial forecasts, and recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance of business verticals - Conduct industry research, market sizing, competitors benchmarking, and prepare detailed project reports (DPR) on green field investment projects - Draft Information Memorandum, Teasers, etc. - Support during Due Diligence process by prospective lenders Qualification Required: - 2+ years of working experience - Trained in financial modeling at investment banks, PE firms - Ability to close mandates independently - Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships,
