Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Deal Sourcing: Identify and track emerging startups across key sectors.
Market Research: Analyze market size, competition, and trends for target sectors.
Financial Analysis: Support in reviewing financial models, cap tables, and valuations.
Due Diligence: Gather and assess key data on product, team, traction, and business model.
Founder Interaction: Assist in first-level founder calls and prepare meeting notes.
Portfolio Support: Track portfolio performance metrics and update dashboards.
Investment Committee Support: Help prepare IC memos, pitch summaries, and internal reports.
Ecosystem Mapping: Research investors, accelerators, and strategic partners relevant to Spotlight.
Content & Insights: Contribute to sector research reports and Spotlight blog insights.
