Role - Sales Advisor - Investments (Savings)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build, own, and manage relationships with investors looking to invest in Grips investment products.
2. Own customer acquisition and lead conversion through calls, working with channel partners, and qualifying prospects.
3. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to increase investment activity on the platform.
4. Drive AUM on the platform by deepening existing relationships and building new relationships by establishing HNI, advisory and institutional channels.
5. Help investors take investment decisions by understanding investible corpus and risk appetite of the investors.
6. Be the Face of the company for the investors, and the Voice of the investors for the company.
7. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to users who have registered but not completed KYC.
8. KYC Explanations: Clearly explain the KYC process, benefits, and compliance.
9. Objection Handling: Address user objections and persuade them to complete KYC.
10. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
