Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales Executive to join our in-house Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through tele-assisted channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strict adherence to internal and regulatory processes. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in online life insurance sales who are looking to grow within a digitally driven and performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic conversations with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead engagement to policy issuance, through digital and tele-assisted modes. Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards across all customer interactions and documentation. Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Lead Management System (LMS) for all assigned leads. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, operations, and customer service to facilitate prompt policy issuance and resolution of queries. Stay up to date with new insurance products in the market and ability to perform benchmarking activities Candidate Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably via online or D2C channels. Product Knowledge: Proficient in selling a broad range of life insurance products, including Term, ULIP, Savings, Retirement, and Money-back plans. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance sales workflows, policy documentation, and compliance requirements. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Lead Management Systems and CRM tools.

Job Title: Senior Test Analyst- Savings Domain /CASA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst with expertise in Savings products to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans, ensuring the quality and compliance of banking applications and financial services. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Savings and Mortgage applications. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to understand functional and non-functional requirements. Test Execution & Defect Management: Conduct manual and automated testing, logging defects, and tracking them through resolution. Automation & Performance Testing: Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or other frameworks. Regression & Integration Testing: Perform end-to-end testing for Savings and Mortgage systems, ensuring seamless integration with banking platforms. Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure testing aligns with regulatory requirements such as FCA, PRA, and GDPR for financial services. Collaboration & Reporting: Provide clear test reports, defect analysis, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Skills & Experience Required Experience in Savings Domain Plans & prepares tests to execute. Documents test results for traceability. Executes tests and keeps the status up to date. Documents defects to aid reporting. Configures test environments to execute tests. Escalates risks and blockers to the test manager. Ensure that their tests are picked up in Standard Reports and Closure reports. Work with the technology teams to continually improve the processes. Gains knowledge on COTS systems as needed to execute tests. Engages with stakeholders as needed to gain clarity of requirements or outputs. Shares knowledge and documents useful information uncovered for the benefit of the project. Creating a variety of test related reports for varying stakeholders and audiences. Raising, triaging, and resolving issues alongside deep dive issue investigation and replication. Works with other testers in the project as needed on complex testing tasks to upskill the group. Be an active contributing member in all relevant sprint ceremonies. Definition of test data and providing insight into data management and tooling. Support Defect and Production Incident triage and resolution.
