Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
• Provide tailored investment advice across asset classes including equities, mutual funds, bonds, insurance, and real estate alternatives
• Develop and present financial plans and investment strategies
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to optimize returns
• Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance
• Cross-sell wealth management and financial planning services
• Achieve individual and team targets related to client acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s or CFA preferred)
• Proven experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial consulting
• Strong knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and portfolio management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver objective, profitable solutions
• Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach
• Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA are an added advantage
