Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses and locations.
  
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock variances, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
  
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales to align inventory with demand forecasts.
  
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock status, slow-moving items, and stock-outs.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
  
• Lead and train warehouse/inventory staff on best practices and SOPs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
  
• Manage returns, damages, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
  
• Work closely with finance for month-end closing and inventory valuation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and logistics.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
