We are expanding our team and looking for a seasoned professional to head Contracts & Tender Estimation for our ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of bids for NHAI/MoRTH projects. Detailed quantity estimation, rate analysis, and cost forecasting for highway and bridge works. Studying tender documents, identifying risks, and preparing technical/financial proposals. Coordination with design, planning, and procurement teams for bid preparation. Negotiation and handling of contract conditions, claims, and variations. Monitoring competitor trends and market rates. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and government regulations. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). Minimum 10–15 years of experience in tendering & estimation, specifically for NHAI/MoRTH projects . Strong knowledge of B.O.Q. preparation, MORTH specifications, IRC codes, EPC/HAM model . Proven track record of successfully handling large infrastructure bids.
