Job Description

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records. Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports. Train, supervise, and evaluate inventory staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to align inventory strategies with business goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
