Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage daily stock levels of fabrics, trims, linings, and other raw materials. Receive and inspect incoming fabric and material shipments for quantity and quality. Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system or Excel/ERP. Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder materials based on consumption and lead times. Track material consumption by style, order, and production batch. Ensure proper storage and organization of all materials to prevent damage or wastage. Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Prepare inventory usage and stock availability reports for management and production planning. Liaise with the production team to ensure timely issuance of materials for ongoing orders. Identify slow-moving or excess stock and suggest optimization measures. Requirements : 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or textile industry. Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, and raw materials used in fashion production. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams like procurement, production, and vendors.
