Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Oversee daily inventory transactions, including material receipts, storage, and dispatches
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory databases regularly
Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records
Support warehouse and production teams in managing raw material and finished goods inventory
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments to avoid shortages or overstocking
Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and reporting systems
Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory status, movement, and utilization
Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to streamline material flow across departments
