Inventory Control Specialist

As a Warehouse Inventory Manager, your role involves tracking inventory, managing deliveries, optimizing storage, ensuring accuracy, coordinating with other departments, implementing inventory control systems, problem-solving, and ensuring safety. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor stock levels, record incoming and outgoing products, and maintain accurate records. - Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure proper handling of goods, and coordinate with transportation providers. - Arrange and organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. - Conduct physical counts and audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records. - Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and production teams to optimize inventory management. - Utilize software and procedures to manage inventory effectively. - Identify and address issues related to shortages, overages, or damaged inventory. - Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety procedures. Qualifications Required: - Experience in warehouse management or inventory control is preferred. - Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
