Job Description

Scheduling and Planning: Reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules, coordinating with supervisors to assess progress and establish completion dates. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of production data, inventory status, and shipment details. Report Generation: Compiling and analyzing reports on production efficiency, inventory levels, and cost management. Communication: Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on production goals and objectives. Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting production problems, providing timely solutions. Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records and updating production data in systems. Coordination: Assisting in scheduling and prioritizing tasks based on changing demands. Record Keeping: Maintaining order acknowledgments and files of production-related documents. Customer Service: Responding to daily customer service requests related to production.
