Job Description:
· Good knowledge on SAP – HANA
· Should interact with factory departments
· Generating stock reports independently
· Need to do GRN’s for materials received at the corporate office
· Stock transfer entries in SAP – products moved from Factory to Stores
· Weekly reconciliation between Material dispatch and Material received at Stores / Warehouses
· Discuss with respective division / person for the variances and get the same resolved
· Reconciliation between POS v/s EasyCom v/s SAP on fortnightly basis and highlight the variances.
· Get the variances cleared with proper documentation
· Be part of monthly inventory count at factory level.
· On quarterly basis, should visit some job workers location and do a physical count.
