Team Management: Supervise and guide team members in month-end close activities and financial reporting. 3. Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of COGS and inventory accounts, providing business insights. 4. Leadership: Provide leadership in audits, automation initiatives, and process enhancements. Requirements: 1. Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification. 2. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role. 3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
